Project details:

• The level of requirements from the Austrian client has pushed for the completion of a project with very advanced technical performance and a very careful implementation.
• The project consists of a prefabricated concrete structure storage hall at the back and offices and commercial premises of reinforced, cast on site, concrete on the main facade.
• The facades of the storage building are made of precast concrete panels of “sandwich” type with embedded insulation.
• The facades of the offices are isolated from the outside and covered with Alucobond aluminum at the second level. The frame around the offices are of “breathing” type with triple glazing and incorporated blinds.
• This floor overflows in cantilever to protect loading docks with glass gates.
• Natural light is scattered liberally both in the storage and offices.
• The interior spaces are generous and made with quality materials and furnishings.
• The premises are heated and cooled through heat pump respecting the “RT 2012” norm. A night ventilation allows to limit temperatures increase in the summer to protect paint powders.
• Green spaces are also treated in accordance with local regulations, and equipped with automatic watering of mowing.
