-The program included the construction of a pumping and interconnecting station for drinking water, including an underground tank and a technical room at ground level,
-The city of Colombier-Saugnieu wanted to make this building a signal at the entrance of the city and profit by the proximity of the airstrips of the Lyon Saint Exupery Airport to make a belvedere,
-The project, ofcylindrical shape, plays on the contrasts between contemporary materials, reinforced concrete and galvanized steel, on the airport side, a symbol of modernity, and an apparatus of stones and pebbles, on the village side, symbolizing the sustainability and timelessness of the village.
-The equipment used includes the existing equipments on some houses in the town, alternating beds clear limestones and a bed of Rhone pebble.
